It depends on the item. High-demand items like power tools, brand-name electronics, and kitchen appliances often sell within 48 to 72 hours. Standard items typically move within 7 to 14 days. Everything is actively managed, repriced, and promoted throughout the listing window. Nothing sits idle.
How do I get paid?
Your 60% share is disbursed within 3 business days of buyer delivery confirmation, through your preferred payment method. Platform fees and shipping costs are absorbed on our end. No surprise deductions. Need cash sooner? Ask about a buyout or, when funds allow, a cash advance against your items.
What if my items don't sell?
Every item runs a structured 41-day cycle — full price first, then promotion and markdowns, then buyer outreach, then final clearance. If it still hasn't sold at day 41, it's your call: keep selling at clearance pricing on the same 60/40 split, take it back free of charge, or donate it for a tax receipt. We can also buy out whatever's left.
Do you buy items outright?
Yes. While everything starts on consignment, we'll buy items outright on request at any time, or on anything still unsold after the 41-day cycle. Buyout offers depend on condition, demand, and available capital — it's the fast-cash option whenever you'd rather not wait for the sale.
Do you accept broken or damaged items?
We assess every item individually. Some damaged or non-working items still have significant resale value for parts, repair, or salvage. Text us a photo and we'll give you an honest assessment. If it's not worth listing, we'll tell you upfront.
Is there a minimum value to consign?
We don't have a hard minimum, but items should have a realistic resale value of at least $20 to justify the photography, listing, and shipping effort. For lower-value items, we recommend grouping them into lots for bulk sale.
Do you handle freight and large shipments?
Yes. We accept LTL freight, palletized goods, and bulk inventory from anywhere in the United States. If you're a contractor, warehouse, or business clearing large volumes, contact us directly to arrange logistics. We work with freight regularly and can coordinate pickup or receiving at our York PA facility.
Can I ship items to you if I'm not local?
Yes. We accept shipped consignment from anywhere in the US. Text or email us photos first so we can confirm the estimated value justifies shipping costs. If the resale value exceeds $500, we will cover or split inbound shipping. Full details are in our shipping section above.
