Bring your items to our York PA location, or schedule a free local pickup if you're within our service area. We confirm everything in writing before we take possession.

We list, market, and sell
Every item is professionally photographed, researched against recent sold comparables for accurate market pricing, and listed across our established resale channels. We manage all buyer communication, offers, negotiations, returns, and shipping logistics from start to finish.

You get paid 50% of every sale
Once the buyer confirms delivery, your 50% share is disbursed within 3 business days through your preferred payment method. Platform and shipping fees are absorbed on our end — no surprise deductions.

41-day active listing window
Every item gets 41 days of active listing, strategic price adjustments, and promotion. If it hasn't sold in that window, you choose one of two options:
Option A · Donate
We donate the item to a local charity on your behalf and send you a donation receipt for your records.
Option B · Warehouse 70/30
We store and re-list the item from our warehouse indefinitely. Split adjusts to 70/30 (you keep 30%) to cover extended storage and marketing.

Ship Your Items To Us

Yes, We Accept Shipped Items
Not local to York PA? No problem. We accept shipped consignment items from anywhere in the United States. The same 50/50 split, the same professional service, the same fast turnaround.

How shipping works: Before you ship anything, text or email us photos and a description of your items. We'll reply with a realistic resale estimate based on current market data. If the estimated value justifies shipping costs, we'll confirm the consignment and provide our shipping address.

Who covers shipping? You are responsible for inbound shipping costs unless the estimated resale value of your items exceeds $500, in which case we will cover or split the cost of shipping at our discretion. We will never ask you to ship without first confirming the value makes it worthwhile for both parties.

Freight and pallets: Yes, we accept freight shipments. If you have palletized goods, bulk inventory, or items that require LTL freight, contact us directly to arrange logistics. We work with contractors, warehouse liquidators, and businesses shipping large volumes regularly.

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly do items sell?
It depends on the item. High-demand items like power tools, brand-name electronics, and kitchen appliances often sell within 48 to 72 hours. Standard items typically move within 7 to 14 days. Everything is actively managed, repriced, and promoted throughout the listing window. Nothing sits idle.
How do I get paid?
Your 50% share is disbursed within 3 business days of buyer delivery confirmation, through your preferred payment method. Platform fees and shipping costs are absorbed on our end. No surprise deductions.
What if my items don't sell?
Every item gets a 41-day active listing window with strategic price adjustments and promotion. If it hasn't sold after 41 days, you choose: we donate the item and provide a receipt for your records, or we continue listing from our warehouse at a 70/30 split to cover extended storage and marketing costs.
Do you accept broken or damaged items?
We assess every item individually. Some damaged or non-working items still have significant resale value for parts, repair, or salvage. Text us a photo and we'll give you an honest assessment. If it's not worth listing, we'll tell you upfront.
Is there a minimum value to consign?
We don't have a hard minimum, but items should have a realistic resale value of at least $20 to justify the photography, listing, and shipping effort. For lower-value items, we recommend grouping them into lots for bulk sale.
Do you handle freight and large shipments?
Yes. We accept LTL freight, palletized goods, and bulk inventory from anywhere in the United States. If you're a contractor, warehouse, or business clearing large volumes, contact us directly to arrange logistics. We work with freight regularly and can coordinate pickup or receiving at our York PA facility.
Can I ship items to you if I'm not local?
Yes. We accept shipped consignment from anywhere in the US. Text or email us photos first so we can confirm the estimated value justifies shipping costs. If the resale value exceeds $500, we will cover or split inbound shipping. Full details are in our shipping section above.
How do you determine pricing?
Every item is researched against recent sold comparables on major resale platforms. We use real market data, not guesswork. Pricing starts at 80% of market value on day one and adjusts on a structured schedule to ensure items move quickly while maximizing your return.
Can I track my items after drop-off?
Yes. We provide status updates on request including listing links, view counts, and sale confirmations. Full transparency is one of our core principles. You see everything we see.
What areas do you serve for pickups?
We offer free local pickup within the greater York, Lancaster, and Harrisburg PA area. For larger volumes or high-value consignments, we can arrange pickup within a wider radius. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Legal · Binding Terms

Consignment Agreement

This agreement governs all items placed with Mywrld Distributions for resale. A signed copy is provided at intake.

Clause 1 · Parties and Scope
Parties and Scope
This Consignment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Mywrld Distributions, a sole proprietorship operated by Douglas Laws and located in York, Pennsylvania ("Mywrld"), and the individual or entity delivering items for consignment ("Consignor"). This Agreement applies to all items listed on the intake form and physically received by Mywrld.
Clause 2 · Ownership
Ownership and Authority to Sell
Consignor represents and warrants that Consignor is the lawful owner of each consigned item, that each item is free of liens and encumbrances, that each item was legally obtained, and that Consignor has full authority to transfer title to a buyer upon sale. Consignor agrees to indemnify Mywrld against any claim arising from a breach of this representation.
Clause 3 · Commission and Payout
Commission Split and Payout
For the first forty-one (41) consecutive calendar days that an item is actively listed, the net sale price (sale price minus platform fees and shipping costs) is split 50% to Consignor and 50% to Mywrld. Consignor's share is disbursed within three (3) business days after buyer delivery confirmation through Consignor's preferred payment method. No upfront fees, intake fees, or storage fees are charged during the 41-day active window.
Clause 4 · 41-Day Window
Active Window and Conversion
Each item receives a minimum forty-one (41) day active listing window during which Mywrld will actively market, re-price, and promote the item. If the item remains unsold at the end of this window, Consignor must elect one of the following within seven (7) calendar days of notice:

(a) Donation: Mywrld donates the item to a local 501(c)(3) charity on Consignor's behalf. A donation receipt is provided for Consignor's tax records. All rights to the item are forfeited upon donation.

(b) Warehouse Storage and Extended Listing: Mywrld transfers the item to its warehouse and continues re-listing it indefinitely. Upon eventual sale, the net sale price is split 70% to Mywrld and 30% to Consignor, reflecting the additional storage, handling, and extended marketing costs.

If Consignor fails to respond within seven (7) days of notice, Option (a) is deemed elected by default.
Clause 5 · No Guarantee
No Guarantee of Sale
Mywrld makes no guarantee, express or implied, that any consigned item will sell within the 41-day window or at any specific price. Market conditions, buyer demand, and seasonality affect all resale outcomes.
Clause 6 · Care and Liability
Care, Loss, and Damage
Mywrld will exercise reasonable care in storing, handling, and shipping consigned items. Mywrld is not liable for loss, theft, fire, flood, or damage beyond the documented wholesale value of the item, and in no event for consequential or incidental damages. Consignor is encouraged to insure items of unusually high value independently.
Clause 7 · Cancellation
Cancellation and Withdrawal
Consignor may withdraw any item prior to its first live listing at no cost. After listing, Consignor may request removal of an item by written notice, provided the item is not under an active buyer offer or pending sale. Mywrld will remove and return the item within fourteen (14) business days of such request. Returned items may be subject to a reasonable handling fee to cover photography, listing, and restocking labor.
Clause 8 · Taxes
Taxes and Reporting
Consignor is solely responsible for reporting consignment proceeds as income where applicable. Mywrld may issue a Form 1099 to any Consignor whose annual payouts meet or exceed the IRS reporting threshold.
Clause 9 · Governing Law
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in York County, Pennsylvania.
